Host Question: Why is it important to attend an accredited certified nursing assistant program?

Guest Answer: So if the program is not accredited, then most states I guess in some cases, you actually still can.

They still will let you take the test, but in a lot of cases they won’t.

But accreditation will ensure that you’re getting a good quality education, and we’ll make sure that your training is will be recognized by your future employers.

Guest Answer: Typically, you want to go to an accredited one because if you just go into Google and be like, oh, I’m gonna do this.

And you’re like, oh, I did it so much faster and cheaper. It’s probably not legit. Like, being accredited means they meet the certain criteria that the doctors, and everyone is like this needs to be met. And if you’re not accredited, there is a very good chance that you weren’t actually taught or trained what you need to be taught or trained to have that type of responsibility.

So you really just need the knowledge and the skills that are required in your area and typically accredited schools, make sure to meet that because they don’t want to just be like, here, now you’re in charge of everyone’s health, and you actually don’t know what you’re doing.

So I would definitely say that you want to go to an accredited school.

Now that doesn’t mean you have to go to the highest school like Harvard or Yale, you can still go to a tech college or just the local college in your area.

Those are typically accredited, but more of the online things you on Google that doesn’t look like a real school is probably not the way you want to go for a big thing such as a degree.
